Shen,Yan

Brief Bio

Yan Shen was born in Inner Mongolia. She received a MSc degree in physical chemistry from the Jilin University in 2000, and a PhD from the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences under the supervision of Prof. Shaojun Dong in 2003. She was an Alexander von Humboldt Fellow and Hanse- Wissenschaftskolleg (HWK) fellow in Germany, where she worked in the group of Prof. Wittstock at the University of Oldenburg. She became a professor at Harbin Institute of Technology in 2009. Currently, she works as a professor at Wuhan National Lab for Optoelectronics.
