Chen,Wei

Brief Bio

Wei Chen received his BS (2003) and PhD (2008) in Materials Science and Engineering, both from Tsinghua University in China. He then did his post-doctoral research from 2008 to 2010 in the Department of Chemistry at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. In April 2010, he joined Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, as an associate professor. His research interests cover the synthesis, understanding, and applications of functional nanomaterials in the next generation solar cells, including dye or quantum dot-sensitized solar cells, printable inorganic or hybrid solar cells, etc.
